Slap on the wrist

Got hungry when I got home from work so I made some scrambled eggs, mixed with a little bit of milk and some refried beans. Ate it mexican style with tortillas, salsa, lemon, and radish.

Weird sounding to other people, but it taste very very good. I am going to strive to take pictures of what I eat as well. Will make things easier.

Ate four slices of pineapple. Man I love pineapple!

Also added minastroni soup with lemon and tabasco

The Cheesecake Factory

Today I ate at The Cheesecake Factory, angel hair pasta, with chicken in some lemon mushroom wine sauce of some sort. Not very healthy, I also got cheesecake.

I still haven’t started my good healthier diet yet, but at least I am documenting things so that’s a start.

Buffet

Working at a buffet doesn’t really help on having healthy foods for lunch during work. My usual meal is two chicken strips, some fried shrimp, broccoli, and mashed potatoes with cheese. I douse it in lemon and Tapatio. My drink is lemonade with raspberry tea mix.

Not healthy at all, which is bad and I haven’t started the gym again yet. I am telling myself it’s because I will be starting my actual healthy diet after I go to Disneyland, but we shall see. Just got to stay positive about it all!!!

Going to start again, or will give it a try.

Lately I have been pretty bad about being healthy and going to the gym and that has got to change. So hopefully this time I will document things a bit more so I can keep better track of things. We shall see what happens.

Update

Quick update before I go to bed.

Healthy Choices for foods are go.

Every now and then I eat something junk foody…..but it’s chocolate, very hard for me to resist chocolate! Especially Dark Mint Chocolate, what a weakness for me. On the brightside dark chocolate is the healthier choice!

Have gone to the gym and it felt amazing!

Only downside is I think I ended up pulling a muscle and my left arm hurt for what seemed like forever, but that’s over and done with now so more lifting weights again. Just got to be more careful!

and now its sleepy time!

Day….who knows lol

I knew the keeping track of the day things was going to stop, but so soon? hahaha

Well anyway on an update before I sleep, I have been eating right and making healthy choices, with a few little guilty pleasures now and again. My water intake has increased a lot more and with that I am happy. I know I didn’t drink enough water in the day, but now I feel like I am doing a good job on that.

Tomorrow starts the first day of the gym. Yes yes I know I should have been going to the gym earlier and what not, but tomorrow it will happen for sure, that I promise! Hopefully Jessica can come with me tomorrow, if not I am still going by myself. I hate the whole having to go to the gym, but once I’m there and I’m doing the exercises I feel great because I know I’m doing something to help make me healthier. It also doesn’t hurt that it helps make you look good :]

Day part 2

So I went on that walk with Jessica and Daniel and it was a lot of fun. We walked for quite of bit of time, which is awesome….downside is…I bought a doughnut. It was a maple bar, which I haven’t had in a very long time. So big slap on the wrist for me, but that just means extra time at the gym tomorrow!

It would have been a good day, except that yummy thing got the better of me!
