I knew the keeping track of the day things was going to stop, but so soon? hahaha
Well anyway on an update before I sleep, I have been eating right and making healthy choices, with a few little guilty pleasures now and again. My water intake has increased a lot more and with that I am happy. I know I didn’t drink enough water in the day, but now I feel like I am doing a good job on that.
Tomorrow starts the first day of the gym. Yes yes I know I should have been going to the gym earlier and what not, but tomorrow it will happen for sure, that I promise! Hopefully Jessica can come with me tomorrow, if not I am still going by myself. I hate the whole having to go to the gym, but once I’m there and I’m doing the exercises I feel great because I know I’m doing something to help make me healthier. It also doesn’t hurt that it helps make you look good :]
